1. Advanced Decontamination via Ultrasonic Washing

The line initiates with high-frequency ultrasonic cavitation. Vials then advance to a rotary matrix featuring 8 to 10 internal and external washing stations executing an alternating cycle of Purified Water, WFI (Water for Injection), and sterile, oil-free compressed air.

2. Continuous Sterilization & Depyrogenation
